It is ideal for individuals who want to learn or refresh the basics and develop their own game. A fun class that also improves fitness.
Great for parents who would like to understand their child’s tennis and help develop their game too.
By the end of the 8 weeks you will have an understanding of the basic techniques and tactics of tennis including how to score, serve, volley, techniques of groundstrokes and tactic for both singles and doubles games.
